Cultural heritage for Inclusive Growth in southeast asia

This summer, we called upon heritage practitioners, researchers and professionals working on cultural heritage conservation and management to submit projects that contribute to the inclusive growth of Southeast Asian communities.

On 31 August, the call for applicants closed and the review process is now underway. We thank everyone who participated by submitting their project.

We are happy to have received many applications from more than 10 countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). The projects will be evaluated according to their strategy and approach to inclusive growth, paying special attention to those with a people-centred ethos, enabling cultural diversity and supporting positive, sustainable change.

Successful applicants will have the chance to participate in an online capacity-building programme later this year, and the selected projects will be featured online on our CH4IG platform.
